After dedicating 38 years to helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential, Teresa embraced an entirely new chapter by founding Environmental Flooring Group, a certified minority- and woman-owned commercial flooring company serving organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. Her willingness to reinvent herself demonstrates that leadership doesn’t end with retirement. Sometimes, it’s just beginning.
Today, Teresa is known throughout our community for her generous volunteer leadership, serving on numerous nonprofit boards and helping advance organizations including Women’s Impact, Aultman, the Canton Museum of Art, and the Stark Community Foundation Women’s Fund. Whether mentoring others, leading initiatives, or giving back through service, Teresa has built a life centered on creating opportunities for others to thrive.
