Harassment prohibited by this policy also includes physical or verbal conduct that is related to an individual’s religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age with the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment, to substantially or unreasonably interfering with an individual’s work or participation in Women’s Impact, Inc., or otherwise adversely affects an individual’s employment or membership.
Women’s Impact, Inc. will not permit or condone harassment of an employee, contractor, or member based on any of the categories identified in the first paragraph of this policy by any other employee, or by any contractor, customer, visitor, or member, either on the job or in connection with participation in Women’s Impact, Inc.
