Join us for an engaging and inspiring panel discussion featuring accomplished women who are shaping the future of agriculture in our region. From multi-generation farms to greenhouse innovation and agricultural advocacy, these leaders bring a wide range of experience and perspective to the conversation.

During this one-hour panel, our speakers will share what it truly means to lead and thrive in agriculture today. They will discuss the realities of owning and operating agricultural businesses, the opportunities and challenges of working in a traditionally male-dominated field, and the role women play in sustaining both family farms and the broader agricultural community.

Together, they will explore topics including:

• The day-to-day realities of running a farm or agricultural business
• Leadership and innovation in modern agriculture
• Balancing family life and farming traditions
• The importance of community involvement and agricultural advocacy
• Inspiring and supporting the next generation of women in agriculture
