Empowerment Panel

Empowerment Panel | The Power of Boundaries | 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Mingle | 6:00 – 7:30 pm

Boundaries aren’t walls. They’re pathways to clarity, confidence, and healthier relationships. Yet for many women, setting and maintaining boundaries can feel uncomfortable, complicated, or even selfish.

Join Women’s Impact for an engaging Empowerment Panel focused on the art and practice of setting boundaries: at work, at home, and within ourselves. Our panelists will share real-world experiences and practical strategies for communicating needs clearly, protecting your time and energy, and navigating pushback with confidence and grace.

This conversation will explore why boundaries are essential for leadership, well-being, and personal growth; and explore how setting them can help you show up more fully in every area of your life. Whether you’re learning to say no without guilt, redefining expectations, or strengthening your sense of self-worth, this panel will leave you feeling informed, supported, and empowered to honor what matters most.

Come ready to listen, reflect, and walk away with tools you can use immediately.

Join us for the Empowerment Panel and stay for the casual after-hours at our Mid-Month-Mingle. We buy the appetizers; you buy your own beverage. As always, guests are welcome.
