Educating Ourselves About Systemic Racism

Women’s Impact, Inc. recognizes that inequalities in society and the workplace continue to be barriers to advancement for women. The opportunity to educate themselves about systemic racism allows members to work together to help women navigate their workplace cultures and address issues of discrimination, harassment, and pay inequity. An open dialogue, the series provides a safe space to talk openly and respectfully about topics that have included the origins of racism and the language of racism, while hearing first-person experiences and concerns.
