DESCRIPTION:Dialogue with Carole Sutton\nWednesday\, July 10 | noon -1 p.m.\nLa Pizzaria on Dressler Road\na program for Impact members \nRegister Here \nDialogue is a luncheon series that features Impact members who share their stories and engage in conversation with those in attendance.  \nAttendance is limited to 20. \nCarole Sutton has worked at the Stark County Educational Service Center since August of 2021 as the first Director of Human Resources employing over 720 people across 22 public school districts in and around Stark County\, Ohio. In addition to building a Human Resources Department from the ground up\, Carole recently defended her qualitative dissertation research about the effects of bias\, microaggressions\, and systemic racism on transracial families\, earning her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Youngstown State University. Carole co-facilitates an Educator Network on Diversity\, Equity\, Inclusion\, and Belonging that provides support and awareness to area educators. \nRegister Here
