Kari Groh, Vice President of Communications and Public Relations, The Timken Company serves as Chair of the Women’s Impact Board of Directors. Groh follows Women’s Impact, Inc. Founding Chair, Kay Feagles, retired Certified Financial Planner, Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.

 In addition to the work Groh does for Impact, she shares her time and talent with many organizations in the area while juggling her professional responsibilities at The Timken Company where she is responsible for worldwide communications, directing the development of Timken messaging with customers, media, employees and share-holders. She oversees reputation management, brand strategy, marketing communications, corporate events, creative services and design, the corporate web site and the company’s global intranet, including daily news features available in seven languages.
