Judith LancasterThe Stark State College Foundation has named Judith Lancaster to its board of directors.

Lancaster, of Perry Township, currently serves as special counsel to the Ohio Attorney General and has a private practice in personal injury and probate. She also was general manager for the northeast Ohio division of Corning Clinical Laboratories (now Quest Diagnostics, Inc.). Her career has included private and nonprofit hospital settings as well as corporate settings and she has owned her own clinical laboratory and established a tissue bank for the transplantation of human bone.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and a juris doctorate from The University of Akron School of Law. She also earned certification in bargaining and negotiating at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
Lancaster has been a member of and held various offices with the Northeast Ohio Medical University Board of Trustees, the Foundation Board of Mercy Medical Center, Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, Canton Museum of Art Foundation Board, Prescription Assistance Network Board, Athena International Board of Directors, Walsh University Board of Trustees, Akron University Law Alumni Board and Women’s Impact, Inc. Board. She also was the first female Rotarian in Stark County.
